What it does
Workflows turn repetitive processes into automated sequences. The visual builder lets you chain together actions across every module -- send an email when a deal moves, create a task when a form is submitted, escalate a ticket after a timeout. If you can describe the logic, you can build the workflow.
Sixteen node types cover the full spectrum of business actions: email, SMS, wait, condition, webhook, AI prompt, CRM update, notification, and more. Each node is configurable with merge fields that pull live data from the triggering event, so your automations feel personal, not robotic.
Event-driven triggers ensure workflows fire exactly when they should. A signed NDA, a moved pipeline stage, a new form submission, an inbound email -- each event type is available as a trigger, and you can add conditions to filter which events qualify.
The execution engine polls every 30 seconds, processing pending steps with retry logic and error handling. You get a real-time log of every execution showing which steps ran, which conditions were evaluated, and where errors occurred -- full transparency into your automation stack.
