When someone registers, the platform creates their contact record, tags them, and kicks off a reminder sequence. Automated emails go out at configurable intervals before the event: 24 hours, 1 hour, and 5 minutes before showtime. No-show follow-ups are handled the same way.
During playback, timed CTA overlays appear at the moments you choose — a call-to-action button at the 10-minute mark, a scheduling link at the close, or a discount code mid-presentation. Every view is tracked: who watched, how long they stayed, which CTAs they clicked. After the live window closes, replay access can be set to expire, creating urgency without manual intervention.
