What it does
The 5-step onboarding wizard walks new users from account creation to a fully configured platform in under 5 minutes. Each step is focused and sequential: welcome, profile setup, email configuration, contact import, and a ready-to-go confirmation with quick links to key features.
The Ai assistant greets new users during onboarding and offers to help with each step. It can pre-fill profile fields from public data, recommend email configuration based on the user's domain, and suggest which modules to enable based on the business type selected during signup.
CSV import handles the most common migration path. Users drag and drop a contacts file and the system maps columns, validates data, deduplicates against existing records, and imports everything in the background. Progress is shown in real time with error reporting for any rows that fail.
Email configuration is pre-wired with Ai Mail for transactional messages and AstroMarketing for campaigns. Users can enable either or both with a toggle, or connect their own SMTP, Gmail, or Outlook account. DNS verification guides walk users through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup.
