The calendar module combines team scheduling with client-facing booking pages. Define your availability rules -- working hours, buffer times, minimum notice, and blocked dates -- and share a booking link. Clients see only the times you are available and book without back-and-forth emails.

Team calendars aggregate availability across multiple people. When a client books a meeting that requires a specific team member, the system checks that person's calendar in real time. Conflict detection prevents double-bookings, and round-robin assignment distributes meetings evenly across your team.

Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook means your existing calendar events are respected. Meetings booked through the platform appear on your external calendar, and external events block availability on the booking page. No more manually copying events between systems.

Automated reminders reduce no-shows. Send email or SMS confirmations on booking, reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before, and follow-up messages after the meeting. Each touchpoint is configurable and can trigger additional workflow steps like CRM updates or task creation.
